Prohibition On Misuse Or Abuse Of Drugs
(1) No person shall misuse or abuse drugs.
(2) Sale and distribution of any drug in contravention of the provisions contained in Sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 17 shall be deemed to have misused or abused such drug.
(2) Sale and distribution of any drug in contravention of the provisions contained in Sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 17 shall be deemed to have misused or abused such drug.
